Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice in advance of your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.

If you fail to provide the required 24-hour notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the services booked. This fee is necessary as we allocate our resources and time specifically for your appointment, and last-minute cancellations or no shows result in lost opportunities for other clients.
